Designed by Dietmar Pohl, the Top Lock Series features a lightweight cast-aluminum body with remarkable heft and balance. The hollow-ground blade of 420 stainless steel hardened to 54-55 Rockwell hardness makes the Top Lock series a durable and dependable cutting tool.
The Top Lock Series was originally designed as an automatic opening knife, however due to US customs regulations, the imported US version of the Top Lock is non-automatic and is opened and closed by pushing the flush mounted button on the handle.
