CRKT - Columbia River Knife and Tool 2405 Side Hawg 3 - Offering a knife design that is both minimal and functional, the CRKT- Columbia River Knife and Tool 2405 - Side Hawg III is definitely a knife with an attitude. The handle and blade are made up of one piece of 420J2 stainless steal with skeletonized CNC chamfered edges and a single sided knife grind. The 2 inch modified tanto point blade is designed for outdoor use and can be at your side while tracking game, fishing, or camping. No task is too much grit for this knife, as it has no areas to trap dirt or moisture. The Side Hawg III also boasts a single-side Zytel scale and its slightly longer profile allows for a bit more functional versatility. The deep finger choil on the sides of the knife keep the knife in your hands for a secure grip and also works to lighten the knife. This knife comes complete with a sheath plate of black Zytel, accented by a stainless steel post and saddle clip. It is the precise fit of the knife’s flat ground side that effectively secures the knife to the sheath. This is definitely not your typical small utility knife.
