Featuring a flying crane tsuba, brown leather tsuka-ito over black same and a dark brown/black saya, the Tori is available in three folded steel cutting blade profiles and three laito blade lenths. This is one of the most elegant mounts ever crafted by Hanwei. The XL Light model is designed for competitive cutting, incorporating light heflt with the geometry, strength, weight and profile required for successful cuts on substantial targets. Boasts deep grooves which significantly reduce weight, while maintaining the strength for cutting. Featuring differential heat treatment and a narrow edge angel, the wide blade rewards good technique with clean cuts and optimum maneuverability.
