While we encourage you to use our website to place your orders, we realize some of you may be unsure about the security or hesitant about placing an online order (to see our order security policy, click here). But we still want your business, which is why we have provided alternate methods for order placement.

Fax Order - Mail Order

To fax your order, simply click here and print out the blank order form. Once the form is printed, please fill out the form in its entirety and fax or mail it to us Fax 708-216-9767, 24 hours a day.

We do accept checks for mail order, however paying by check does slow down your order. We do not order your items until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your check has cleared. This can take up to three weeks. Orders paid via Cashiers Check or Money Order are shipped immediately upon receipt of the payment. We can only accept checks made payable in US dollars and drawn on US banks.
